Oops, they squished the cover! (and other cover art oddities)

Sometimes Vyrso resources get a squished cover thumbnail, art turned sideways, etc. in the conversion process. I thought that it would be good to create a thread which could be a running list of resources that need to be fixed. Please try to keep comments on topic. I did say please, didn't I ?

Most of these are from the Gospel Coalition.
If you want to check your library, the easiest method is to filter your library for edition:e and then scan the thumbnails. Here is what a "squished" book cover looks like:
