It's both. When you purchase a Noet bundle, the books in that bundle are unlocked to your individual user account. Whether you access these books via Logos desktop, Logos mobile, or Noet mobile (when it becomes available later this year), you're always accessing the same user account. The difference lies in the programs themselves, e.g., there won't be a "Bible Word Study" feature in Noet mobile, but rather a "Word Study" tool.
