I got a bunch of compiler warnings when I tried to build this. No such book of the Bible "Jug" so I changed it to Jdg. Here's the fixed file.

Logos has Bible Book abbreviation list => http://www.logos.com/L4/support/biblebookabbrev
Judges has 4 abbreviations: Judg, Jdg, Jg, Jdgs
Jude has 3 abbreviations: Jude, Jud, Jd

No such book of the Bible "Jug" so I changed it to Jdg.

I chose the 3-letter one for consistency, since it seemed the rest of the document was using only 3-letter abbreviations.

I am glad you led the way for me in showing me what I need to do to get another Bible version converted to LOGOS. My publishing company has another modern KJV version called the SKJV - Simplified King James Version. More than 4 years of more than one persons time has gone into it so we will be pursuing making it a paid module with Libronix. But I am planning to give the first four gospels of the New Testament to you folks when they are ready as a sample of the version. So once again thank you for the BBE. In particular I needed to use the {{bible:on}} and off tags. I didn't know about them until I saw your effort.
Anyone wishing to peruse in .pdf format samples can find them under freebies at either of these two websites.

Suggest contacting Logos => https://www.logos.com/contact about paid module and potential reverse interlinear for Logos use.

Yes, the version of the file I posted had the correction for that Jug --> Jdg, so you might want to download that instead of the original one posted at the top of this trhead.
