TH10x videos - different sets on mobile v desktop, but no transcripts

On Desktop video set for TH101 has downloaded, but without transcripts.  On mobile, iOS, videos for TH103 & TH104 have downloaded, but no transcripts.  No sight of TH102 at this point.

    These four courses were supposed to be released today. I'm not sure why you received parts of them earlier, but both transcript and video resources for all four courses should all be available on desktop now and on mobile this afternoon. Let me know if you have any additional problems.

    Miles set is now complete on my desktop, just waiting now for mobile to catch up.  Thanks.

    I am unable to download the video.  Program crashes.  Any ideas?

    In order to help determine what's going on we'll need some more information:

    1. Is "program" the desktop software?
    2. What version of the software are you using (Click the question mark at the top right and choose "About Logos Bible Software")
    3. What OS are you on?
    4. Which resource are you trying to play videos in?
    5. When you say it doesn't download, do you mean choosing "Download all media" from the panel menu doesn't work? Clicking on the video title doesn't work? Or something else?
    6. Can you post logs?
