Bug: Cannot generate gloss column in word list

I've done some searching on this and I see there are a few others who had this problem but it seems the problem originated from using Logos in a language other than English. I'm using Logos 5 in English on a Mac and whenever I generate a word list using SBLGNT, I get the lemmas, the front of the cards, and the audio, but no glosses. Also, if I create a word list using the Lexham English Bible, I get only card fronts and no lemmas or glosses. A friend of mine created a word list using SBLGNT and got the glosses as well which makes me believe I'm encountering a bug of some king.
Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks.

You should not have any issues generating Lists from those bibles. We need a response from Logos, including http://community.logos.com/forums/p/83340/584049.aspx.

It doesn't look like you have the required data sets for the gloss to appear in that context. You need lemma databases like those from our base packages.

That's strange. A friend of mine has the same setup I do. No base packages. Only the free application. Yet he is able to generate wordlists with glosses. Any idea why?

I'd need to see what exactly they own. I can email you and if you know what email your friend uses for Logos you can give it to me and I can compare what you own and what your friend owns.

He told me he has Strong's, New Strong's, and a Vine's. He thinks he could have gotten the lemma databases from those. Not sure though.

Glosses aren't generated by that information. Like I said, I can email you to get his information so I can compare what you have and what he have to see why it might work for him and not you. Let me know what you'd like to do.
