Font change

Was hoping to see ability to choose another font (or revert to old one) with last update. Possibility can be done ASAP in new year?
The Greek font has already been fixed, they reverted it back to Gentium for iOS apps. As far as I know, Greek was where the major complaints lay.

I was referring to English font(s). That's where I recall the most complaints/requests. Grateful that the Greek was rectified; now would be most appreciative for a choice between several English fonts (Baskerville, if I could have my druthers) or at least between the former default English font and the current offering. Regardless, grateful for Logos and the ability to have on my Ipad and phone as well as my computer. What a blessing!

To everyone asking about Fonts - please see my previous posts. The development team intends to add the ability to use more than one font, although I don't exactly know when this will be implemented. Thanks for your patience.
Any update on this?
There have been a few updates to the app with no mention of adding back the old font as promised. Can you provide any details on when this will be added again?

As mentioned before, I don't exactly know when this will be implemented and have no further details. Some might have the impression that I know the answer and am simply not telling you, but that's not the case (and that is a promise!). I don't prioritize which features are implemented or when; if I learn more I will let you know.

I'm sorry you do not like the decision to change the English font. What about it is more difficult to read?
My first thought is to say, 'duh . . . have you looked at it or tried to read it for any length of time?' Sorry, but your response sounds like something 'Hal" would have said in '2001 Space Odyssey'. The hollow font lines are not bold against a light background and they are even worse when you change the color scheme to a dark background. Can you imagine trying to read this post in that kind of font? Who's idea was this anyway? Who did you consult? If you were not going to consult the users, perhaps you should have at least consulted an ophthalmologist or an optometrist. I've had to switch to one of your competitor's apps to read the NASB. (BTW: my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note II)

Hi Paul - and welcome to the forums.
With a Galaxy phone this would be better in the Android forums.
And please check http://community.logos.com/forums/t/86228.aspx as it looks similar to what you are describing.

This is strange as Logos has really done a great job with iPad improvements since the beginning of this thread. Puzzling why neither font improvements nor options are available by now.

Hi Paul,
What version of the app are you running? The current Android version is 4.3.7... please make sure you are up to date and then let us know if the problem still occurs.

I'm still looking for a way to change the typeface on the ipad app, and not just the size and color. I still don't see it being an available option in the latest version... I see a lot of other apps have this option -- can we please get it added to the logos app?

Here is my vote for allowing us to change the font in the app. Olive tree does a great job with this and IOS offers a large number of great fonts. I used my ipad mostly for reading and jumping back to Logos looks much poorer compared to other apps.

I read your response on how to change font size by using the Aa icon/symbol, but are you talking about while using Olive Bible on an iPad? If so, I don't see the symbol.

Welcome but you are on the wrong forums ... this is Faithlife/Logos not Olive Tree ...
