Pirke Avot - GORFINKLE

I know there are at least two Logos versions of Pirke Avot available. One is in Charles' Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament (within most of the base packages) and the other is Berkson's Pirke Avot: Timeless Wisdom for Modern Life (found here) of which I have enjoyed the print version.

I have been formatting and re-footnoting Gorfinkle's second editions from Project Gutenberg.

Further, I have Gorfinkle's footnotes within the document while Charles has them in a second resource, i.e. in his Commentary on the Pseudepigrapha.

My question is, would providing my edited PBB version go against Logos policy since they don't offer Gorfinkle's version?
