NT221: Display glitch
In the first lesson of Unit 1, "The Voice and Style of the Gospel of John" there is an uneven partial border around the background screen that doesn't appear on other lessons, and I think it's not meant to be there. It looks ugly anyway. That baby blue background color directly behind/around Dr. Witherington is also inconsistent with the rest of the lessons, where it's a more neutral flat grey.
Here's an example of what one of the other lessons looks like:

Rosie, our team is currently looking into this issue. We've noticed that sometimes a video will display differently on a Mac than a PC. We're trying to get to the bottom of why this happens so that we can deliver a consistent cross platform experience.
This is what the same lesson listed above currently looks like on my Mac:
Our courses are designed to have a pure white background (not grey or baby blue) and there shouldn't be any kind of partial border.
Thanks for reporting on your experience. We'll try to correct this as soon as possible.

Thanks, Josh. You correctly figured out that I'm on Windows, which I should have mentioned. Windows 7. AMD Radeon 6900 series display adapter.

I see this too on Windows. I'm using an nVidia chipset.

This is a result of the crappy player they use on Windows. It plays fine in any other player; without the jerky playback and the background artifact described above.

Yeah, I experienced jerky playback but didn't mention it, as I thought it was something I just had to suffer through. Would be nice if a better player were available that didn't have that downside.

I don't notice any jerky playback but I do notice that there is some backdrop color inconsistencies between videos and/or courses. Some are cream colored while others are white/nearly transparent. Here is my thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/96733.aspx
I am using Windows 8.1 on a 4k monitor and I am running an Nvidia Titan Z gpu.
