Coupon code for signing up for email
Hi,
I've signed up for the email list, and received the coupon code.
I already own the "Christmas Carol", but the code is also supposed to provide a discount on "Paradise Lost", which doesn't seem to be working...
Has anyone managed to get that discount and purchase the resource for 0.99?

Jan, I came to this forum now to post the same thing. Either it is not working or we are only able to get "Paradise Lost" for $.99 at the same time we use the code for "Christmas Carol". I hope it is just a glitch.

I subscribed and nothing happened--said I was already subscribed (I was). Subscribed with another account--same thing. Tried a third account that wasn't subscribed--because, why not?
The third account worked. Soon emails came into the other two accounts. I can't account for the accounting, but it eventually worked. I got both books.

Your response is confusing to me. When you said you subscribed with another account are you saying you used a different email address or do you have multiple Faithlife accounts?

I think he used an email that is not associated with Logos/Faithlife just to receive the code.

What of those of us that have never received the code? In fact I do not receive emails from Logos nor from Faithlife that I have subscribed to. Nothing shows up in my spam blocker (earthlink) nor in my suspect (non approved senders) folder. What domain must I add to my blocker and is that the problem? The only correspondence that comes through are from Logos individuals (which land in my suspect folder) or the products orders I place online which go through my approved list.

With my primary email I have been signed up since Noet started. On my secondary email I signed up on Wednesday at noon.

I'm sorry about that, Robert. I'm not sure what's going on. It seems like it's not limited to the Noet list, though. Would you send an email to (or call) customer service and see if they can help you? I think they might be better equipped to help you in this particular situation.

I just subscribed using another non-faithlife email account. I hope that is legitimate? Never thought about that. I want to do the right thing.
Apparently in the future there would be no need anyway.

I communicated with customer service and the problem appears to be that my ISP is bouncing the emails as spam so I never see them. Have sent communication to customer service to look into the situation. In the meantime I received your personal email with the code. Thanks for your effort.
