PB: An Account of the Revival of Religion in Boston in the Years 1740-1-2-3

This booklet is an interesting, first-hand account of the events and characters involved in the First Great Awakening as it occurred in Boston. Written by Thomas Prince in 1743, you can read about him here .

I found this 1823 reprint many years ago in a used book store (Friday Harbor maybe?). Although one can find scanned copies of it on the internet, I have taken the time to OCR and make it available as a Personal Book for Logos users. I have kept the original pagination and corrected all OCR errors plus a very few obvious misspellings. I have not added any PB tags or hyperlinks.

Thanks for your work. Without meaning disrespect, I chose to edit the file so that it is more in line with Logos formatting (text size, page numbers, footnotes, etc.)

I needed to do it to make it usable for my own purposes and thought I would share the edits with others who might find it helpful.

Fascinating to read the first hand accounts, isn't it? I've been to Boston but ony on business ... some day I'd like to take my time and do a walking tour.

it is an interesting city and pretty easy to walk - at least the older, historic part. Hope you can get the opportunity.
