problems with Vyrso
I bought this morning the focussed devotion bundle from Vyrso. Though it did show up in my Logos library, not so on Vyrso, and when I tried to access a book in Vyrso, either a blank reading page showed up for a moment and than the screen went back to the orange screen and it went to signing in again, so something is wrong, but being relatively new to Vyrso I don't know what is the case. Help files don't seem to be there. So if any of you do know or encountered the same problem, please share, I need help with this.

Geertruida, the usual solutions before the Logos guy arrives is:
- Click on your Vyrso home page, which induces Vyrso to update the library if you're on the internet.
- Uninstall Vyrso and re-install. This is a pain if you have books downloaded.

This forum is really about the Vyrso store and resources. For us to get the proper help for you, we will need some more info. Are you using this on Android or iOS? (This thread may be moved to the corresponding forum). What version of the app? What version of your OS? When was the last time you did a fresh install of the app?

I found on one of the forums on Vyrso a post that the app has been removed from the windows store. Apparently many of the users have had trouble with it. Though Microsoft has said that it would keep functioning or even re-install, but new books wouldn't show or downloaded in the app, this didn't prove true. No re-install possible and working it didn;t do. So I lost the Vyrso app now. The Android version doesn't seem to work on a note book, which is a pity. I like to read some of the books in my library in reader format, rather then Logos 6 format..

Correct. The android version is only used on devices running the android operating system.

I'm not sure what you mean by the word "format," since the mobile apps and desktop apps use the same "format" of ebook. Do you just mean that you prefer to read on a tablet? (I do too!). Do you have a kindle eInk device? If so, L6 now has a "send to kindle" feature which works with many books. When I want to read and not take notes, it is my preferred method of reading.

that has the same issue I have with Logos 6, it is the scrolling down of the pages instead like on Logos 5 turning the pages.

if you change your resource to "1" column instead of "none", you will get page turns. This behavior has been the same since L4.
