Pastor's BL100 course not working...

Hey guys... so my pastor is getting some sort of video error in Logos... it asks him if he's offline (he's not).
Where can I start looking to figure out what might be up? The course is working fine on my own computer.
His is Windows 8, Logos 6 Gold.

Hi Carmen,
Sorry to hear that your pastor is having some difficulty with BI100. There are a few things that could be going on, and you will get the quickest resolution if you call customer service and they can help you troubleshoot: 800-875-6467. You can also email them at customerservice@logos.com.
