Thanks. I look forward to reading it, although the very title gives me pause. I did a couple of tweaks for my own use and thought I'd share them: I created a cover using the picture of Strachan, I deleted the endnotes as superfluous and I resized the JBMW logo to give better perspective in the final document. Good work on this.

Since I had moved the source document after the last build, I chose to delete it and rebuild. This took place without error.
