TH103 Segment 3
The video is only 52 seconds long and is only covering the first two paragraphs in the transcript and then abruptly ends. This may be just an issue on my machine, can anyone else confirm this?

I was able to play the entire video on my IPad.

It is 52 seconds on my computer. I will try it on the Android app later this evening.

Just ran a test.The video is 52 seconds on my computer and 2 minutes 58 seconds on the iPad.

Thank you Sue, I am going to say this is a bug then of some sort, probably in the beta, maybe in the stable. Faithlife will have to check out why it's happening.

I checked on my android app last night and the video plays in it's entirety. But it only plays 52 seconds in the desktop software and abruptly ends. Faithlife, you will need to look into it and see why that is the case.

It's possible there will have been a problem when it downloaded. Unfortunately if this happens, it will be cached (Logos doesn't seem to check whether downloads are entirely successful before caching them.) If you download it again, it should be OK.
Unfortunately, there's no way of just deleting the problem video. You have to refresh the cache for the entire course, by selecting "Delete downloaded media" from the resource menu. Then try the problematic video again.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

Thanks Mark, I have downloaded the stuff. Deleted it, Downloaded again. Even went to the resource directory and deleted the resource then had the software download and install it again with an index. But segment 3 still stays on 52 seconds on the computer. I am baffled why it works on my android device, but not on my computer.
