BUG: "conclusion" video interrupts flow of work - NT365 (maybe others)

This issue may have been happening on other courses, but not as frequently as this time.  so I am reporting it now to track it as a potential issue with the MobileEd courses.

within each section and subsection, there are titles for that information.  at the end of some (all?) of these subsections is one labeled "Conclusion".  the courses conclusion video comes up, as if it was the video for the conclusion of that section.  here is an example.

One of the ways that I keep track of my daily progress (the new radio buttons to the right are great, by the way), is to scroll to the end of the "next section" where the video is showing, and the suggested reading is showing, and then bookmark that location.  but when the conclusion video is there, it is confusing and very inconvenient.  Yes, I have been working around this issue, but wanted to report it, as I have to assume others are seeing it as well.  when a course has a subsection that is titled the same as another section, the video comes up when scrolling through, and is very confusing to the course consistency.
