Why are there discrepancies between the new audio versions of the Mobile Ed classes? Some have the type:"Media Collection" and most have type:"courseware meda collection"... which made the former hard to find.

The former "Courseware Media Collection" is a necessary resource type that drives the courses tool. Since audio courses don't work in the courses tool they require a more generic "media collection" resource type.

I'm pretty sure I understand what you're saying however I'm not sure why some of the classes are type "courseware media collection" and other classes only have "media collection" type since I'm referring to the audio versions of the Mobile Ed classes. In other words I don't think you understood my original question, correct me if I'm wrong, but, are there plans to have all the Mobile Ed audio share the same type?

I'll look into it some more.

Thanks for the follow up James. I partially understood your question and was getting it partially confused with another under the hood aspect of created Courses.
Short story: Those audio resources you have in red should be "Courseware Media" and are being changed to reflect that.
Thanks.

Thanks Kyle, I was starting to think I was going crazy, because I couldn't seem to communicate what I was thinking
