Is there anything I can do to speed up the adding of a new Bible translation?

I am really wanting the translation I use in Thai to be officially in Logos, but obviously that is not the most popular request, so I was wondering what I could do on my end to accelerate the process of getting it done.

Is there some footwork I can do to get copyright permissions? Or work on the file or something?

I actually already have it Bible made as a personal book and it works great. Would providing that help?

Now with other tools like proclaim and sermon editor, for instance, its not really enough to have it as a personal book, so I would like to help get it official if possible.

    Hi Philip:

    I'm not sure about inter-operability with Proclaim, but I think if your PB Bible is compiled as type "Bible", and the BCV references are milestoned, and the text is properly marked with the field on-off tags, it should function with much of the Logos universe (with regard to the Bible index and surface text index) just as any other Bible would. The exception would be functions that depend on interlinears and the other specialized tagging that many of the major translations in base packages have.

    Is your personal book Bible tagged as described above?

    It is, and it works great, but I am still missing 

    • Mobile apps
    • adding verses via reference in sermon editor
    • adding verses via reference in proclaim (big one)
    • Quick on screen bible in proclaim
    • syncing of highlights 
    • etc. 

    Mainly it is the features that speed up presentation creation  and allow it to work on mobile that I'm most interested in. 

    And since I already have a good personal book copy, live in Thailand,  and speak Thai, I was just volunteering to help get it fast tracked if possible.

    Personal books do not synch to mobile apps. There is a discussion going on here.

    This works if your personal book Bible is versified. Sermon Editor takes the translation that has the highest prioritization. See my example with an Isan Bible that I have made into a personal book

    I don't use proclaim. But I expect it to work the same if it is versified and compiled as Bible type.

    This would only work if the Thai Bible had a reverse interlinear. I don't think we are going to see this happen. There is not enough users that would benefit from it at this time for FL to invest into making a RI in Thai. I'd love to have it, but it is a lot of work.

    I have suggested Thai Bibles to be added here and someone else here. You can also write to suggest@logos.com and voice your suggestion there. But I'm afraid that their is not enough market to produce a second Thai Bible. But if they see enough interest they might consider it.

    It is tagged indeed. Most things work fine (like in the comparison tool), but in Sermon Editor it does not populate the verse/s. It just puts the Reference there, but no text with it.

    I've looked at the tagging and I cannot find any fault. I insert a screen shot here, so maybe others can help and give advice. I tried the following already:
    - correct spelling of BIble to Bible
    - delete space between Bible text and {{field-off:Bible}}
    but non of it made any difference
