NT395 doesn't appear in Courses Tool
I purchased the NT395 course (Perspectives on Paul) through PrePub - it became available on 15 November.
While it appears in my Library it doesn't appear in the Courses Tool.
Is this a problem on my system or a generic issue?
Thanks, Graham

I'm experiencing the same problem with OT231, which also shipped on November 15th.

Thanks for pointing this out. Sorry about that. We've added the learning plans for NT395 and OT231 now. They should show up for you when you restart Logos.

Thanks for the quick response Miles

But afraid I still don't see NT395 after restarting Logos (twice). Is there anything else I need to do?
Thanks, Graham

Ditto, OT231 still isn't showing up either.

Looks like there was something wrong with how we uploaded them. We're working on it and should have them uploaded correctly soon. I'll let you know when they are.

NT395 and OT231 should both be there now.

Thanks for the fix, Miles!
I thought pre-pubs were already in the list, as they had showed up back in 7.0.
It certainly would be useful if 7.3 showed all unavailable courses again, including pre-pubs, so we could see right from within Logos what resources we had, or were missing, for courses we wanted to order.
Thanks again!

I'd not be keen on having pre-pubs shown - too much potential for problems as changes are made as it moves into production.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

One of the (past and upcoming) advantages of the Courses tool is to be able to very conveniently see requirements right within Logos. This is even more important for pre-pub, than for live courses.
Here are two personal reasons why it's a benefit:
-
You want to catch resource availability issues early on, before the course is close to being shipped, when it takes more effort to fix a problem.
As someone who bought several pre-pub courses that shipped with "resource no longer available" issues, the burden has been on the user to catch that type of problem.
- I've missed out on sales for resources I didn't own, because I didn't see the course requirements until after a particular sale had ended.
Miles already posts the linked resources spreadsheets to the Faithlife groups before courses are live. While one could argue that the requirements might change, I think we would agree that Miles knows when it's safe to release the requirements, whether within the Courses tool, or the course's group.
I'm not asking for anything that hasn't already been done, and as far as I know, unavailable courses were removed due to "clutter," not some risk that changes might occur.
