There is no option to pay monthly for any pre-pub. Sorry!
Years back the sales staff use to be able to do a payment system on prepub items. Things have changed but it is worth calling and talking to a sales associate to find out if there is anything at all they can do, I am not sure they will be helpful but if you don't ask you won't know for sure.
