Bug Report 7.13 Courses tool: OT312 Locked on Desktop (Mac)
Hi.
OT 312 downloaded yesterday ... but still seems to be locked within the courses tool. I have restarted both logos and my mac since then ... but still locked.
Does anybody have a suggestion of the next step?
My library is showing three OT312 files with permanent licenses.

Courses tool has been intermittently glitchy for 7.13.
If I start OT312, it shows a bunch of locked resources (with resource IDs instead of long titles). (I obviously own the first item -- LBD.)
But if I switch to a different course, then back to OT312, everything is back to normal:
All I can say is that this bug is not specific to OT312. I've seen it once earlier today with a different course, hadn't taken a screenshot, then couldn't reproduce it. But got the proof for this one.
Maybe edit the post title to include "Bug: 7.13 courses tool ..." to get Philana's attention?

Thanks for reporting this, I've opened up a case.
