I did a fair amount of work on this -
Added appropriate chapter/headings for table of contents
Added true footnotes
corrected numerous bible links
corrected spelling errors in the English translation
the document has page numbers, but I did not add the [Page: ...] construct in. I'll leave that to someone else to do, please share if you do!
