Logos randomly highlights large portions of Bible text
Suddenly all of John chapters 7 through 10 are highlighted in Logos and I can't figure out why. I don't use any visual filter tools (I don't even know what they are, but when I google my question that is what comes up). Why does this happen and how can I get it to stop?

Old Highlights don’t appear on iPad, but new ones do.
The title says it all, basically my old highlights no longer appear on my iPad, but if I make new ones they do. So, highlights on Mac all there, not on iPad. I make a new highlight on Mac, it appears on the iPad. But not my old ones. Have I accidentally turned off/on a feature? All devices up to date. I appreciate any help.

In Smart Search I can search all of my print library, or a single book in my print library, but if I try to search a collection with a selection of books from print library then no result will show. Also when I search one book from print library, the search works fine but no page number will show.

There is an incorrect link from Mark to Genesis in one spot. The Book of Common Prayer, 1979 → Daily Office Lectionary → Daily Office (Year Two) → Week of 2 Lent → Tuesday → Mark 3:19b-35 When I mouse over this link it shows the Genesis 3:19b-35 passage instead of Mark.

Study Assistant Links Cannot Be Added to Toolbar
When I try to drag a Study Assistant URL to the toolbar to save it as a link, it does not recognize it. Regular URLs work fine. I assume that Logos is not recognizing https://ref.ly/logos4/StudyAssistant;ShareToken=qhyjqtdhzCNgTzd2 as a URL because of the semi-colon to get the token.

How to bookmark on iOS
Can you add bookmarks on mobile? I can't find a way to add a page from a book I'm reading to favorites. The whole bookmark system on logos is pretty disappointing. On desktop it's possible, but very clunky and not intuitive. On mobile I can't figure it out at all. How is an app that deals with books this bad at bookmarking?
