Add international holiday calendars to Sermon Manager

The fact that US Holidays is a default calendar available for the radial view of the sermon manager is helpful to software users in the US, I'm sure. If other default calendars could be added (other national holidays, Christian holidays in different rites) that would drastically increase the usefulness of this feature to me.

@phil-gons will this include Christian dates of note (eg. first Sunday of advent, lent, etc.?) this is what I expected in radial view (this might be the liturgical tradition in me, but I also expected an option for the radial view to begin with advent and not necessarily January).0

Calix, I don't know which calendars are planned, however there seems to be some movement on a similar request.

@nick-11, the current behavior is that we show you the international calendar based on your location. But some users have requested the ability to choose from a list of international calendars regardless of your location, which is now here: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/add-international-holiday-calendars-to-sermon-manager-dropdown.0

@phil-gons I found the way to "change my location" - odd that, with no shipping address, it defaults to the US despite the fact that other settings (eg currency) would have indicated I was not in the US. But I've now inserted a shipping address, so I see the correct holidays now. Thanks!0

Sure - You need to add/change your shipping address in your Logos/Faithlife profile to the country you want the calendar to be shown. Then keep changing it to show other calendars.
This is more of a 'set default International Calendar' approach rather than the requested show multiple countries - which would be necessary for churches with multiple ethnic groups, for preachers who have an international ministry, missionaries etc etc. Hence the need for the new feedback page.

I noticed a small but important thing. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, so that is also when Epiphany ends.
Two: have the option to hide national holidays and add fixed Christian (usually a saint's day) based on religous background (Missouri Synod Lutheran, Anglican, Catholic).0
