Change Projected Time Ratios

The time in parenthesis by the word count in sermon editor is way off because it is based on a much faster rate of speech than I typically preach and teach. I know that I speak around 85-95 words per minute and I want to be able to adjust that in the settings to accurately reflect how long the sermon will be.

I use the sermon builder to create my sermons, but the words per minute is a little slower than I currently speak.

Could the option be added to reflect our own speaking speed?

When writing a sermon the word count is displayed as well as a calculation of how long the sermon is in minutes.
Let us adjust this so the calculation is more accurate to my personal talking speed!
  • This is desperately needed. The current number will only work if you are writing a full manuscript. I use an outline and average around 40 words a minute. The current setting is more than 3 times that fast. The ability to adjust would help in preparation.
  • I would greatly appreciate it, if this feature would be added. E.g. as a general option in the Logos settings or a setting in the sermon builder that is taken over to all the following sermons. So far I have to ignore the minutes estimation and go purely by the word count because the time estimation is very fast.
  • I write a full manuscript, and when the timer reads 35 min, I know I'm near a 30 min sermon. We should be able to time ourselves reading a few sample paragraphs, and then upload our time and have the sermon builder adjust.
