Add fit and zoom controls to Radial Calendar view in Sermon Manager

Please add fit and zoom controls to the Radical Calendar view in Sermon Manager so we can zoom in on particular parts of the calendar.

    Definitely needs a fit and maybe a scrollbar to those of us with smaller screens
