give the older users BACK what they purchased and quit trying to resell to them what they already paid for. By the amount of issues you have on this message board. your selling headaches and confusion. Your help pages, you are selling again what older uses paid a fair price for initially. By your intentional creations here. New Operating systems upgrades, new software upgrades and of course you conveniently refused to permit anything previously registered to be supported by GETTING THE FILES of previous purchases and honoring their previous purchases. How convienient for you and your greedy coffers. Maybe we need a 2025 thesis to be written and hammered on the Public forum Door about your practices. Your policies HOBBLE students to being both ONLINE and to use your convoluted system, which is either feast of famine on information, my prior system with logos I could select the books I wanted to search so i had a group for scripture search. And then I had one for exegesis. And then I had one for commentary to follow back on to make sure interpretation was correct I had mastered it quite well and was able to complete my work in a timely and efficient manner. But that one out the door with your software. Everything that I owned previously would work offline from Internet which was why I purchased it to start with. I paid pretty dearly for a word commentary instead of buying a paper book for the book study classes I attended in school. That was 25 years ago but now I have to buy it again from a bunch of thieves in my book. I have to use their new format I have to use it online it doesn't functionally do what I needed it to do and it's nowhere near the quality of the previous product and this forum displays that it's evidence. I bought a digital software set for a library for a purpose and it was apparently a better decision because my paper library burned the year after I got out of Bible school. And the only thing I had left was my digital but now I don't have it because you conveniently forgot and I believe intentionally to keep track of the previous users purchases and conveniently demand receipts that are 25 years old that were made on printed paper that would fade in six months and you want codes that were registered with the previous company as being owned by the purchaser. So now you can hold your hand out and take more money. You're as bad as the Catholic Church was selling indulgences in the days of Luther. I'm despised your actions to the point I purchased an older system computer with a 32 bit software compatibility just so I can keep my own software working to serve me the few years I got left on this earth and spare myself the headache and the greed from your company. It's funny how you refuse to support anything prior users have installed with unlocked library files without long faded or deteriorated receipts or codes on your fubar software. Why you cannot accept records from within previously installed software unlocked books list and honor those installed list is beyond me to comprehend, Unless it is for purposes of Greed and reselling to older version users they very thing they previously purchased.

It seems like you have some issues with Logos - although I'm afraid it isn't fully clear to me what they are from what you have written.

They may be best addressed to Logos directly rather than on these forums.

But do you have any specific issues with the software that we may be able to help with?

Not sure what resources or software you are missing - I can attest to the fact that in the early stages of the move from the old Libronix engine (which still has a number of fans on the Forums) to the modern iteration of the engine, I had some resources not successfully transfer over and it was either Bradley or Phil that took care of it quite quickly.
