Improve behavior of the Text Comparison tool when encountering a missing Bible

When the Text Comparison tool is opening, if the first book encountered is not on the device, it fails to paint the full screen and produces a generic error message. Please change the behavior so that it clears the books to compare list and opens a complete screen. This allows the user to correct the problem.

Sort Smart Bible Searches
It would be nice to be able to sort smart Bible searches. I like that I can save them as a passage list and then sort them, but one less step would be ideal. I came across a theme in Ezekiel 20 of God's name and I wanted to see how many times this idea is in Ezekiel. Smart Bible search was perfect for this!
