Customer confidence: each release explicitly contain one customer suggestion

I get the impression from the forums that many customers are discouraged that suggestions go nowhere. I don't happen to agree with that assessment, but I understand why they reach that conclusion. A number of the suggestions appear to be small projects - not knowing the code structure and the amount of reuse, which are small projects I could well be wrong on - but think things like collapse all/expand all on Table of Contents, page break in sermon builder, identification of source of highlight, add semantic force to context menu …
If you were to commit to completing one small user suggestion a development cycle i.e. 8 a year, it would not be a major drain on resources but would be a big gain in customer perception.
