I want to purchase Unseen Realm by Michael Heiser, however I have to purchase a bundle for $142.49 for one book. Amazon has it for 8.99 on Kindle.
I am confused about why you don't have the option to buy it alone. I see it for sale here:

Just a heads up but the updated version (it has all the notes from the website added - 560 pages vs 432 in the original) will be out in October. If you purchase the hardcover, you'll be able to get the Logos edition for free.
