Why is The Prodigal Prophet: Jonah and the Mystery of God’s Mercy by Timothy Keller not available in the U.S.? Other books by both the publisher and author are available and I can see where the book is available from other booksellers?

I noticed in the Lexham English Bible translation of Revelation 3:3, “If therefore you are not on the alert” from “ἐὰν οὖν μὴ γρηγορήσῃς”. Should that not be “if therefore you not be on the alert”? As “γρηγορήσῃς” is subjunctive, no?
