why didn't Logos include strong's numbers in Thayer's Greek English Lexicon
Because Strong's is an addition to Thayer's by a publisher in an edition that is not the edition that Logos sells. Given that Strongs is limited to the KJV vocabulary i.e. old critical texts and understanding of vocabulary, this is not surprising.
