Well your a step ahead of me Chris, without a help file I don't even know about those commands, but like you several restarts since beta 8 and no sign of another download. At least I know its just not me.
Those commands come from the forum - mainly Beta Release Notes!
Thanks must have missed them.

I picked up on one from the forum and the other by trail and error (mostly error). I've tried various possible commands in the command line. What I find strange/frustrating is that suggestions are propogated as you start typing, but not all possibles.
For example, type "up" and you don't get the suggestion "update now" only after you get all the way to "update" do you get that suggestion. Similar with "sync now" type "sy" you get several suggestions but not "sync now" until you get all the way to "sync." See this video.
So, I've tried all kinds of possible commands -- no others work -- such as "get resources" "download resources" "find resources" "resources . . ." "get help" "help update" "update help" etc. etc. to see if any work.
This "hiddeness" makes it all the harder to figure out what works -- without help.
Chris
Thanks Chris for the helpful response. Appreicated.

Will I be receiving my missing resources?
As I understand, the resources you aren't getting updates for are those that you originally unlocked in LLS 2.x. I've filed a bug with the server team on this issue; right now, I don't know what the status is, and I won't be able to follow up till Monday morning. It's definitely a bug we want to fix before release, but unfortunately I don't know what their timetable for fixing it is.

Thanks Bradley. I'm pretty sure that the NJB was a v3 purchase (2006)

Yes, that's correct. I don't think we've actually published an update to the NJB yet, but I hope to on Monday.

Thanks Bradley. I'll be travelling next week - so you can all breathe a collective sigh of relief
So my angst would have been saved if two Logos Techs hadn't talked about a rebuilt NJB with all the correct Milestones: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/2293/17836.aspx#17836

I still don't have it either.
I found a bug today which may be why you aren't seeing the updated help resource. We plan on shipping Beta 9 tonight, which should deliver this bugfix to you.
Thanks Bradley, will let you know if it I get it this time.
Got it this time thanks Bradley...hope others did also.

I confirm the same formatting issue. The keycommands are overlapping the second column text.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

I also confirm this problem. It does work, however, if you "float this panel" with the help resource. Not a bad solution until the Logos Team gets it fixed.

As another workaround, you can drag the Help panel's tab to the left and drop it in the larger blue hotspot to expand the window.
