On desktop, you can memorize passages from a passage list. Being able to do so in mobile would be really helpful. Most people memorize on the go, and I see this being a very popular feature.

Agreed: for me, times away from my desktop are key opportunities for memorization.
  • I’d rather do my memorization using Logos than some other app.

It would be nice to have a tool dedicated to this. Something that would not only remind me of the passages I'm working on, but help with retention and consolidation. Maybe after the first week or two of memorizing a given passage, it prompts a "fill in the blank" with the verse and citation, to help remember it better.

IS there a way to send verse of the day to email that is curated? E.g., Monday- Ps 1:1, Tuesday Ps 1:2, etc. If not that would be a great addition versus the random verse of the day (which is good and appreciated).

This would also be good for Greek and Hebrew grammar memorizing linked to other resources.

Absolutely. I use RememberMe for memorization currently and would be willing to make the switch to Logos, in pursuit of making Logos my one-stop-shop for all things Bible-related!
  • I am waiting for this feature so I can stay in the logos mobile app for my studying!!!

Yes. But it seems like the logos team doesn’t listen to its costumers. This was mentioned two years ago and I’ve noticed they ask for our opinions but never actually implement them
  • Totally agree. First thing my wife said when she saw the mobile app

There is a popular app called “Scripture Typer” that does a superb job of this. I doubt Logos would choose to make theirs as powerful. But maaaaybe.  🤞🤞

  • It’s really simple to memorise Logos Bible verses with Remember Me. Mark the passage in the Logos app, select “Share”, and choose Remember Me from the list of apps. Remember Me opens the verse editor and fills in reference and passage. Tap on the save button to add the verse to your box of new Bible memory verses.
Remember Me is a fully featured Bible memory app with games, audio, images, flashcards, spaced repetition, shared verse collections etc. Unlike other Bible memory apps, Remember Me is completely free. No ads, no restrictions.
  • Yes, this would be awesome, but please consider improving how it works:
I currently use a separate Bible Memory app (of the same name) which allows me to type the first letter of each word in the verse, instead of the whole word.

This works much better on my iPhone, and I've found it helps me memorise verses much more easily and quickly than having to type out the words in full. - I focus on the actual words, rather than how to spell them.

I would recommend you take a look at that app, and try to reproduce some of the very good ideas from there, in Logos (without stealing their IP, of course).
  • Agree… will make Logos even better

    100% 👍
As an iPad Pro user, I primarily use the mobile app and this would be a great feature.
