Don't these markings already exist in Logos? For example, go to the passage 1 Kings 4.24, open the context menu by right-clicking, click on "Reference 1 Kings 4.24" in the left column. Navigate down to "Cantillation" where we find a marker for Josephus:
intertext:(corpus:"Works of Josephus" AND relationship:Allusion AND target:josephusLoeb:"Antiquities of the Jews 8.38")
If you click on "inline" Logos will find it based on the syntax of the interlext.
If you just type:
intertext: corpus:"Works of Josephus"
I find 5463 sites marked "Works of Josephus".
Try going as far as Genesis 1.1 and there are markings not only from Josephus but from many other ancient literatures.
