Layouts: Drag Tile onto another to create Split

If two or more full-tile panes are ina layout, it would be great to be able to open the Layout view, and finger-slide one populated single-pane tile on TOP of another populated single-pane tile to create a single tile with top and bottom split.

    Or side-by-side split too.

    @Emory Horvath  if you use landscape mode in a phone the display is side by side. A vertical phone split in portrait mode is too skinny imo. 
    If you’re talking about iPads, it’s easy to reformat the split using the tab at the bottom, so, ANY drag-to-combine location would be far better than none.
