Why not combine Sermon Builder and Workflows?

I know, I know, I'm dreaming again… but… Instead of creating more "features" that produce more and different files like Passage Lists, Sermon Builder, Bible Study Builder, Workflows, etc… How about adding "slides" and a bit of formatting to Workflows and getting rid of Sermon Builder?

It seems with all these "features" that we have a lot of "overlap" as they all seem to be "uniquely alike" but different.

I've used Sermon Builder but don't like the fact that it doesn't have "L4 links" which Workflows does.

But it was a thought…. lol

Bad idea! Sermon builder serves a total different purpose than a workflow.
The way I see them a workflow helps you through the process of coming up with a sermon or class and the sermon builder is the word processor that helps you write your outline which is the final product of all your findings from the workflow process.

I do agree that instead of trying to come up with new features they should focus for some time polishing and perfecting what we already have.

    Wishful thinking? 🤔

Hmmm why don't bicycles come with non-removable training wheels? Replace training wheels with workflows and bicycle with sermon builder. Workflows were first presented as Logos answer to graphic organizers … I would still like to have actual graphic organizers but am afraid to ask.

I've never been able to find the limits of the infinite box to think outside of it …

Agreed, definitely two different purposes, keep them separate.

It's also biblical. "That they may all be one." Jn 17:21
