What's Wrong?

Bought a new Tablet for 'full function'. Win11 Pro/24H2 so I was told I had to have for this ' full function'. I installed your Windows Desktop App on this Tablet. I cannot access my bought software for love or money. Spent much time and effort and grief trying to get it to work to work properly; what a waste so far.

In order to help you, we need to know what point in launching the app it fails and what error message it provides. However, the most frequent problem with a new machine is that the date and time are not set correctly so your login fails.

On my Desktop per se that I've rechecked against the malfunction on my new Tablet that I posted about, the Logos App here too no longer loads properly to allow me to access my purchased software since last time I accessed it. In the past it would load it back to resume my use each time. This said Desktop is Win10 Pro/24H2. The App was working. So the issue is not my new Tablet Win11 Pro/24H2 that I only purchased/$$ specifically for this software I bought from you for it to be portable. BTW I did download the Windows Desktop version to my Tablet as there was no other option for Windows installs.
I find no way to reply to the reply to my 1st post. But here goes. Generic, vague answer. No, the clock is alright. The NO option on my Tablet or Desktop is inert to the one Reply to my Post. I repeatedly tried to use it.
I already stated my issue…'I cannot access my bought software for love or money'.
So, I have established that the Logos App no longer works on my Desktop per se either, exactly the same way as I encountered on my new Tablet. And I at 1st incorrectly tho't it was a Tablet issue alone. I now know it is not so. It's Logos Software that is lacking. Even tho' the Tablet App had me Signin and Authorize repeatedly. having a full WiFi bar signal.
The 'Book' bought is: English-Greek Reverse interlinear ESV. The further idea was to access it from my new Win11 Pro/24H2 Tablet and then buy the Hebrew-English Reverse Interlinear counterpart and then access it too on my Tablet, for portability.
