This feature does not seem to be working in L10. It is in Settings but does not show as a menu item when a word is long pressed. Can anyone help me?

With Logos 9 I reported typos from my tablet. Now this has been removed. If I find one, as I did this week, I will not be booting up my desktop, loading Logos, searching for it and then reporting it.

@Graham Bennett This feature was not added back in when the new selection menu was built for Logos 10. We mistakenly left the "Report Typo" option in the View Settings. We are having conversation around whether or not to add it back in or remove it completely.

I hope this feature will be added back to Logos Mobile App. I reported more typos from my Mobile App than from my Desktop App because I use the App a lot more for reading books.
And I forget to report them afterward on the Desktop. So this missing feature will decrease the number of reported typos.

I bet your usage stats show most people use the mobile version of the app. And iPad are more and more becoming desktop replacements for this kind of usage scenarios… SO… why would you NOT want the most used version of the app to be able to report typos? FYI, there is an error in NBLA bible in John 2:8, ~~~“Saquen ahora un poco~~~ is in there twice and the English punctuation needs to be removed.

We have restored the Report Typo feature to Android. It is currently available in Android beta: 10.2.0 (0340).

Hello, I am currently reading Raymond Brown’s _Birth of the Messiah_ in Logos on my iPad. I love so many things about reading in this app, but I have come across a number of typos, in this book and in others. I would like to be able to report them, but I am not going to get on my computer to do so. Please make it possible to report typos from within the mobile app, whether on my iPador Android phone. Thank you.

@Jeff Falter That Report Typo option has been added back in to the Android app. I will update this case to request this feature be added to iOS.

I find typos weekly, but do most of my reading on the ios app. It is such a fabulous app - but PLEASE add typo reporting.

I read a lot on my iPhone. It would be helpful to report typos there. I won’t fire up the desktop app just to do that.

If this is on the desktop version then it should automatically be on the mobile version of Logos. This is a basic feature that should already be there. I was just reading John Wesley’s works and have already found 9 typos in just a few pages.

It would be really nice to report typos from the mobile platform. I do a lot of reading on my tablet. It would be ideal to report typos on the fly.

If it's an Android tablet, you can enable it in the settings of the mobile app and it will work.

Yeah, this is an iOS issue. It's been possible to do this on Android for a long time.

I wonder what's so different about iOS?

The report typo function needs to be expanded to mobile apps and the web app. I read mostly on my iPad and it is annoying to make a note of a typo, turn on my desktop, and report the typo when I should be able to do it when I find it.

Mobile has this feature. In the settings near the bottom there is an option for the Report Typo tool. After it's enabled you can find it in the popup menu after selecting text.

This is true for Android, but I do not believe it is true for iPhone or iPad.

Can the typo correction feature be incorporated in the Mobile app?

It is. Look at settings in the app and towards the bottom is an option to enable typo reporting. It will be in the context menu afterwards.

I believe that this is not the case on IOS currently though - only Android.

I do most of my reading on iPad. It would be supremely convenient if I could report typos as I'm reading. I now have to write them down or try to remember them until I can get to my desktop. Sadly, some go unreported.

On the Android app Report Typos can be turn on by going to the last item in Settings.

I agree that this feature should be in iso mobile. I too have been frustrated not being able to report typos on my iPhone.

@Richard Taillefer What exactly do you mean? In the Mobile App, on the bottom of the Side Bar Menu there is "About" / "Report Problem".

@NichtnurBibelleser I should have written "typo". I often read using my app, but it does not allow reporting of typos as the Windows App does.

I asked about this a few months back in one of those what’s new with logos forums. @Mark Barnes said they know about the issue but bringing to iOS is challenging. It exists on Android but not on iOS / Apple mobile devices.
