Original language digital flash cards for mobile devices

It would be wonderful if there were a feature that allowed you to take a word list and then have digital flashcards on a mobile device. That alone would be great, but if it could also incorporate tracking your memorisation of words and a way of recording which ones you are confident, still learning, strugle words, and new words that would be very useful to language students.
