Not a fan (at all) of daily having to click through the sales banner/bar at the top of the app.
Turn it off in Settings
It cannot be turned off.
This is very sad for Bible software.
Well, absent the setting, they also said if you close it, it stays closed (so they say).
But I agree with you.
Popped up twice within 1-2 days for me. Not trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, but having bought a perpetual license before they were ended and owning my library, feel it is a bit much - especially given the fact that it pops up once you go into a layout and it has to be closed to take full advantage of your display area.
Also didn't realize they could be turned off so I'll take a look and see if that might help.
If you have an active Logos subscription, or you have purchased a Logos base package in the last few years, you can turn off the layout banner in Settings. You can also turn off the banner on the dashboard in the gear (⚙️), as separate setting .
Whether or not you have a paid Logos product, you can close any banner, and that particular message will not appear again.

At this time, a "qualified product" means any one of:
Thanks for the reply, but this situation inspires no confidence in Logos. If I knew in 2019 that my purchase would someday become adware I would have thought twice.
Noted. Thanks for the feedback.

Logos Development Team, I am a long‑term Logos user and recently subscribed specifically to gain access to the Study Assistant. Overall, I have been very impressed with the tool. However, I immediately noticed that the inquiry text box has a very restrictive character limit. As a real‑world example, I completed the first…
I use Sermon Builder to create lecture notes for various classes, too. So, expanding the AI functions to help with non-bible subjects would be great. For example, an outline for Late middle medieval church history would save me lots of time and help direct research
would really love to see clippings integrated with Sermon builder
