Trouble Downloading New Resource on Mac 4.3 Beta
I tried your suggestions:
1) I tried Update Now... it said it found resources but did not name them nor download them...
The name of the resource is:
Second Temple Judaism Studies Collection (7 vols.)
Here is the archive of the logs...

Hi Joe,
You seem to have managed to start a new thread here.
Anyway, I can't work anything out from your logs, someone else might be able to. If no-one comes along and you get desperate, you can manually download the item by finding their filename from the 'My Account' part of the website and then going to ftp.logos.com, downloading the required files and then running the command "scan path\to\file" and then restarting Logos. This should import them but is a long way round!

Wiki page http://wiki.logos.com/Using_the_Forum has usage tips; could have replied to forum Mac 4.3 Beta Downloading New Resources (instead of posting new thread, easier to follow suggested steps and responses).
Log files show Logos 4.3 Beta 1 version with update channel set to Beta. Suggest using Update Error steps to download and install current Logos 4.3 Beta 4 application, which has some download improvements. Also suggest reading forum discussion => Download Problems Persist in Beta 3
Logos 4.3 Beta 4 release notes include: "Resource downloads may occur in stages and large downloads may time out."
Noticed 48 resources queued for download and update in Indexer.log file, which may need many stages to download and install (e.g. click OK to install New Resources).
Note: since discussing Mac Beta version, Logos may move this thread to Mac Beta forum.

I updated my Beta to 4.3...
I can see now that the resource download is timing out. It gets to 29% and then stops.
What now?

Mac Beta forums Download Problems Persist in Beta 3 and Download Stuck and Notes are...Yuck (hey, it rhymes) discuss known Beta download issues, including a work around (using scan command). Also, earlier reply included:

Other option is waiting for Logos 4.3 Beta 5 update, which should have download improvement (if typical history repeats, anticipating release on Tue 17 May or Wed 18 May).
