I haven't seen Daniel in the forums for a year or two; hope he's OK. He made a couple or three really fine PB contributions.
I notice that there's a set of Trapp's commentaries on CP (under very deep water). I don't think this is the same thing, so I'll post from Dropbox what Daniel contributed. If anyone gets the vapors over it as a forum violation, I'll remove it. (Inquiring minds can find my email address.)
