Course Suggestion: Small Group Leaders

I do very little preaching, but a lot of teaching and small group facilitating. I have found the preaching courses by Edwards and Chapell very beneficial, but it would be very helpful to have a course specifically tailored to the small group leader. There seems to be a plethora of things that small group leaders can implement to improve the overall experience for the small group members. I know I am always looking for ways to improve my skills in this area and would think such a course would be beneficial to so many others, especially after the increase in small groups post-covid.
