Perkins's The Art of Prophesying is one of the first texts detailing the process of preparing sermons. The Puritan divine lays out some of the essentials of interpreting the Scripture and explaining it to the congregation. His work is simple, yet profoundly challenging. Every preacher should read this book.

A Textual Commentary on the Greek New Testament (UBS6)
The NA29 and UBS6 will be coming out later this year. Houghton has updated Metzger's (and Omanson's) textual commentaries to match the UBS6 apparatus.
