I did and went from Max to Pro. I notice at the top of my cart there was a pro subscription I still have another year Max I paid for two years to begin with. Now I have pro. No explanation I tried calling before they closed of course no answer. Logos is worse than Netflix it seems. smh.

System crashes a number of times on start up
System crashes a number of times on start up -holds up for only a few seconds and then shuts down. Sometimes I don't have a chance to do anything before the crash. Other times I've been in my notes just re-configuring it to my preferences to begin my bible reading.
