Is there a way to show the boards in alphabetical order? We have song slides in boards categorized by title. Unfortunately, while going to retreive the song slides from media, it take a bit of time to locate. They seem to be randomy listed. Thank you for your help.š

Where is local data store (for media) ?
I can't seem to find where Proclaim stores any data on MacOS - We bought a Mac Mini M4 but it only has 256GB of storage and wanted to add an external SSD for the large amount of media files or AV team uses for slides, presentations, etc. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Bob

I want to use my video feed from a local camera with a Web Page URL item from Uno Overlays. Specifically I would like to show my live video feed with a Uno overlay which can be updated live. i.e a team scoreboard. Importing slides with Animations
In the discussion on @Dave Chalmers mentioned that importing PowerPoint slides with animations on Mac results in multiple slides being created - one for each part of the animation build. This is not the case on Windows - with just one slide being created showing the final state of the build. Is this difference intended?ā¦

Proclaim On Air timeline arrow
Hello, I'd like to have the pink timeline remain on the left so I can see what's coming up rather than it's default "staying spot" being on the right. Is there a way to change that? I'm constantly having to scroll to keep it on the left. Thank you!

Subscription Issues
Can anyone help I have had to update my payment details but my proclaim software has not updated and it keeps asking to purchase a new subscription or have the watermark. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? I've tried reinstalling the software with no joy. Can anyone help?

Proclaim app crashing at sign in
I recently bought an iPad Air 11 inch running the M2 chip. I downloaded the Proclaim app because we use on but every time I tap on thesign in button the app crashes Iāve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that has not fixed it.

Allow enable/disable of video input while on air
For the sermon, our pastor uses his own laptop/tablet, which we then bring in to Proclaim as a video input using an HDMI to USB converter (an Elgato Camlink 4K). This gives us a lot of flexibility ā it allows the pastor/speaker to use whatever they prefer (PowerPoint, Canva, Mac, iPad, Windows, etc.) and to slide advanceā¦

Is there a way to disable "autoplay" audio when you activate slide?
i.e. there is an audio accompaniment uploaded the the song slide w/ lyrics.. when i click on the song slide, it displays the slide, and auto plays the audio. can i disable the auto play, so it just has a play button that i can click anytime i want?

Can I Get Video and Audio Feed to a Specific Display?
See the screen shot. I have a lower third view that I show on Youtube, but also want to show it on a display elsewhere in the church for viewing. Right now, we have the lowerthird graphic, but not our video or audio. Is it possible to push that to that display?

Proclaim won't start!
Multiple attempts and computer restarts, the Proclaim app won't start. Was using it fine, then after a Proclaim update which required a restart, it won't open at all. It's Sunday morning and I need to load a sermon presentation!

Issue Importing Slides from PPT
We are having trouble importing slides from PPT into Proclaim. When we do so, it creates a new presentation rather than importing. It does this for every user. This just started happening recently. Was something changed in an update? Please advise. We will be forced to use PPT if we cannot fix this issue.

Default to not show song title slide
Fairly new to Proclaim and trying to streamline our team's processes. We never use title slides for songs, is there a way to not show them by default rather than having to untick the box every time we add a new song? I've tried saving as default song but I get a message about smart content and then it doesn't seem to doā¦

Credit text box not appearing on song sldies

Hymn Numbers Not Displaying
For the last couple of weeks, when I enter the Hymn Number in the appropriate box, it still will not display on any of the slides, including Title and Lyrics slides. Any ideas? Have I possibly inadvertently turned it off? Thanks!

Save modified song arrangements possible?
While evaluating Proclaim (day 4ā¦), we're wondering if we can save / export or somehow re-use songs that have been modified. Our Worship team may blend parts of 2 songs into one arrangement and we'd like to keep the work of putting it together for use in the future without having to re-do it. Any options to do this?ā¦

We really need an audio player attached to the slide. can we get a play, pause and skip bar embedded into a slide? similar to what you get when you upload a video. right now, we can attach an audio to a slide, and it autoplays.. and if you accidentaly go off of it, clicking the slide again, it starts from the beginning..ā¦

I need to create another part within a song.
So there are times that our worship team want to create their own ending for example. How do you create another part within an already existing song. Example, there is only Verse 1 and a Verse 2 but my worship team wants to put in their own Verse 3. How do I do that in Proclaim.

We use content slides for text and for foreground images, etc. I often need to fill the background, but I seem to only have certain colors to use. This week, I need orange. Can I access a full color palette for the background fill color?

New Line on Slide without Slide Break
In Proclaim, is there an editing code that allows me to create a new line on a slide without breaking to the next slide? I tried double dashes (--) but I either get a long dash or a new page. How do I force a line break on the same slide? Thanks!

Why are my slides so delayed when On Air (Windows 11)?
I have reasonably a reasonably powerful setup (i7 13th Gen, RTX 3060, 32gb DDR5) and with this latest update I have experience random, significant delays when switching slides. It is usually delayed about 8 seconds when changing between sermon slides, but consecutively switching for songs works fine. System usage is low.ā¦

How do I change timer from lyrics?
I have finished setting up the lyrics for my presentation and I have songs that have repeating lyrics but I minimized the amount of slides used. That being said I noticed there's a timer on each lyric slide and I can stop it during preview but not while "On Air"
