Video Upload doesn't work

Lyric customizations reverting to default when background is changed

adding slide content VERY SLOW
Is there a way to stop the slides from automatically updating every time you add content to a slide? As I type, the slide wants to update and it takes a VERY LONG time to update slide contents because of this.
