Reformat Text Feature for Brill Greel Lexicon - similar to BDAG and DBL

BDAG, DBL, and other lexicons have a "reformat Text" option to make the reference easier to read in a world where cramming things to save money is unnecessary. This is very useful for BDAG and DBL and annoying that it isn't available for my new purchase of Brill
