Bug - missing layout name in title bar
active layout — a layout remains "open" after it is loaded, and becomes the active layout and adds its name to the window title bar. (See more below.) Verbum Help (Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2024). I don't know if the documentation or the application is in error … I hope it is the application. Quick start layouts do NOT…

Is it possible to change the default color for Bible reference links?
Is it possible to change the default color for Bible reference links? Maybe it's because I'm getting old but sometimes I have a hard time in dark mode because my eyes want to keep jumping to the blue text. I wouldn't mind having the option to change that to a different color so it doesn't stick out so much to me.

ACBC Biblical Counseling Books
The term "biblical counseling" in the logos website search box pulls up a variety of hits, including those authors who advocate for a psychological or integrationist approach (which is unfortunate for some of us). Instead, I see a tremendous opportunity for Logos to team up with the Association of Certified Biblical…

AI - use but mistrust
I finally did it - not a hallucination but real gullibility. I was asking a chatbot a number of questions on alternative canons when it responded with the proposed canon changes of Pope Leo XIV … the problem: the information was from a viral piece of satire. Yes, when challenged, the chatbot admitted it was satire but it…

Information Tool with Parallel Book (English/Greek)
I'm looking at the NRSVue with Lexham Greek-English Interlinear NT as a parallel resource in Multiple Book Display. There are lots of phrases, of course, in Greek that are boiled down to one word in English. But I would still expect information about an untranslated Greek word to show up in the Information Tool. For…

Folders (sort of like folders) for Study Assistant
Excellent start!! It would be great to have the ability of creating different folders (like if they were projects) within the study assistant, sort of like Perplexity. This would provide next level organization and the ability to have our studies based on projects.

Logos AI is not even in the ballpark of secular AI
I had listened to a sermon by Warren Wiersbe in my car. I like a sentence he said. I noted it down. Came home and entered the following in Logos search: Warren Wiersbe says "god has his eye on the clock and the thermostat" Get me the quote Absolute junk came up. Warren Wiersbe's BE Commentary was not even in the list.…

Gen 11 and lessor Gods, "sons of god"-many gods in Canaan already
So, we are told that Deut 32:8 is in referrence to Gen 11 and the tower of babel. Hieser goes so far as to interpret that God place "lessor gods" over the people. this brings two questions to me; 1. were there "no" "gods" at this time? Explain? 2. Did they appear suddenly and become corrupt suddenly, as Canaan and the…

Crashes
Lately, last 2 months, Logos will randomly shut down. I don't think it's my PC lack of power having 64g of high-end RAM 16 core CPU. It seems this is a recent issue. At times it will run for hours, but when it starts shutting down, it will limit my use of it nearly none at all. Then it will work good for a few more hours,…

Bible Sense Lexicon
I'm taking Camp Logos for Subscriptions. In the last lesson I took, Joshua suggested Camp Logos 2 to learn about the Bible Sense Lexicon. "Stupid" question for Logos on user bug & feature requests
I am wondering if there is anything left to be a "quick fix" as users expect. Yes, I am serious. Who thought that the recent update was a good idea?
I’m sorry, but I have to complain about version 46.0.0. The dashboard layout removed everything I customized and replaced it with things that I don’t want and can’t remove. Wesleyans - show some love for the New Beacon Prepub
I just pre-ordered and it gave it a bigger jump than I might have expected. A handful of people might put it over. FWIW, the Deuteronomy commentary by Steve Green is worth the cost by itself - it's truly fantastic. https://www.logos.com/product/126947/new-beacon-bible-commentary-upgrade

Another interesting AI happening in Logos
