BUG: Word List loads SLOWLY

I can't switch books in the Concordance Tool in 29.0 beta 3 on Mac

Crash when following a footnote references when in Reading View mode
This is on Mac and running Logos 27.0.13 In the screenshot below, I've selected the footnote. If I click the biblical reference, Logos crashes. This is with the book in Reading View. If not in reading view, Logos handles the footnote properly and updates my Bible accordingly. This is repeatable across multiple books.

Typing Lag in Sermon Builder
I am experiencing terrible lag when typing in the Sermon Builder. It usually starts off fine then around word 2,500 or so the lag gets extreme. I've shut down the program and restarted it.
